Senior Sales Executive (South West of England & Wales) at Birdie
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive Birdie’s go-to-market strategy by creating partnerships with homecare agencies across the South West of England, and Wales. You’ll take responsibility for optimising all the key aspects of your sales cycle, from adapting sales strategies, optimising sales and marketing processes and, of course, selling our software.

Report to the Head of Sales & Marketing and will have continuous interactions with the CEO and the management team;
Work closely with the wider Sales and Marketing team, and particularly the Sales Development team, to optimise the sales funnel from end to end;
Build your own pipeline, with the support of a fantastic sales development team;
Establish your own online and offline network within the care industry;
Coach junior members of the team and have your own development path in your own hands!
Shape, test, iterate and improve our sales efforts;
Meet with owners of homecare agencies face-to-face to sell our service, and achieve a close rate of 60% (our current achievement);
Market Birdie at 3 – 5 conferences per year, with individual goals set for those conferences;
Work remotely, but attend our London office at least once per month for full team meetings;
Drive improvement across Birdie, providing feedback and solutions and/or technical improvements, collaborating where appropriate to continuously improve the products and services we offer.
A strong sales track record, and the desire to improve;
Solid experience in B2B sales, with some formal sales training;
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to forge strong bonds with key stakeholders and speak at different levels of technical understanding;
