We’re looking for an executive who can help us grow our influence and our business by creating lasting relationships with decision makers at new and existing clients. We are looking to work alongside someone who can advance Kenzan as a thought leader, and who has the insight to get to the heart of the issues our clients face.

What we’ll expect from you.

  • Embody Kenzan values, through your curiosity, dedication and honest, respectful demeanor

  • Direct collaboration with Head of Engineering peers to develop ongoing relationships with executive-level clients to support account management and business development

  • Become a go-to advisor by expanding your knowledge of the technologies and approaches that make clients successful

  • Drive the growth of new and existing engagements by aligning Kenzan’s offerings with the client’s most urgent business problems

  • Gain a deep understanding of how Kenzan delivers software within an enterprise, and work with technical leadership to drive Kenzan’s strategic direction

  • Act as the key client contact, providing our clients with a focal point for collaboration on the Kenzan delivery team

  • Work with the business operations team to maintain insight into financials, while owning the overall health, P&L and success of the opportunities

  • Build credibility for yourself and the Kenzan brand by speaking at industry events and engaging with the community

  • Mentor and guide other members of the client solutions team

Some qualifications we are looking for.

  • Extensive experience building and managing executive-level client relationships in a consultancy or agency environment

  • Experience with transformation programs (technology, processes, culture)

  • Proven track record of expanding opportunities by delivering client success

  • Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to coach clients in adopting technology that solves their core issues (cloud technologies as main focus area)

  • Experience working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders, and with guiding the efforts of others to achieve desired outcomes

  • Experience leading an account team and providing relationship management along with high-level financial oversight

  • Ability to understand and operate within client political landscapes, and to quickly adjust as needed

  • Demonstrated thought leadership on the impacts of technology in business (familiarity with software engineering concepts is a plus)

  • Bachelor's Degree with 12 or more years of consulting experience (a technical background or engineering degree is a plus)

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies - Lean and SAFe

  • Experience with telecommunications – Advantage

  • Ability to travel frequently
