Kiddom is hiring our first Revenue Enablement Manager. The goal of this role is to enhance our sales execution through the design and development of programs that increase sales effectiveness. This role will be responsible for the development of trainings, content, and process to support our growing sales team. In addition to building sales infrastructure, this role will be a direct hands-on sales coach to our reps. This impactful role will require partnership skills allowing you to share sales knowledge with reps, consensus of sales motion internally, and close collaboration with our Head of Sales Ops to measure productivity & effectiveness, and tracking consistency. This role will also assist with any work to align and improve our channel business effectiveness.
Align internal and channel sales to an optimal efficiency
Build out scalable enablement programs with our direct and channel Account Executives
Coach Account Executives in an effort to continually improve our sales process to enable the company to meet and surpass growth targets
Create customized sales approaches for complex multi-stakeholder review processes with school districts
Partner with Sales Ops to implement a data-driven approach to sales effectiveness and improve sales efficiency
Who you are...
5+ years experience in Sales Enablement or Solutions Selling
Experience and deep understanding of SaaS Sales business models
Exceptional interpersonal skills - can navigate and manage relationships across all levels of the organization
An entrepreneurial problem-solving attitude
Ability to execute under swift deadlines (must love moving fast and highly adaptable)
Ability to think big picture and assess the program holistically for opportunities to drive efficiency, risk & forward investments
Highly organized, detail-oriented and resourceful
Exceptional presentation, written, and oral communication skills
Love for learning and educating others
Ability to prioritize their work while minimizing distraction
Eager, positive and highly reliable
