Manage the plan and excution of Affiliate, ensuring campaigns are kept within budget and maximum ROI is achievedCo-Work with Business team to find the best solutions for affiliate partnersAnalyse campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROIInitiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate schemePlanning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging premium member retention and loyalty.Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.Has deep experience for ads monetization, sponsorship for clients.

Key Skills/Experience:
An in-depth knowledge of the TW affiliation and CRM marketA minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketingDriven and results-orientatedPositive, open-mine, self-motivated and has passion for entertainment industry.A good understanding of tracking technologyBachelor’s degree
