The Opportunity

  • Our Auckland Deals team are looking for a Manager to join our Valuations & Financial Modelling team. You will have the opportunity to apply your analytical and financial modelling skills to deliver commercially focused solutions on a wide range of valuation and corporate finance projects.

Day to day you will:

  • Prepare high quality valuation reports and advice
  • Conduct valuations research, applying an awareness and understanding of market trends, and the general business and economic environments
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients
  • Participate in business development initiatives
  • Coach and support a small team of consultants across varying engagements

What you'll bring to the team

  • 5+ years relevant experience ideally in an accounting, boutique, large corporate or investment firm
  • CA or CFA qualification desirable (but not required)
  • Excellent academic record in a relevant discipline
  • Strong written, communication and analytical/MS excel skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently but also able to collaborate effectively with your team
  • A high level of self-motivation, energy and drive
