Be Interested:

  • Work with a diverse and exciting portfolio of clients in such areas as financial management, modelling, budgeting, forecasting, pricing and cost analysis, business case development and reporting
  • You like problem-solving across a wide range of business problems and planning.
  • You are interested in the way an organisation operates, and like using mathematical and analytical techniques to help it to develop better services, products, business practices and systems
  • An interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning would be beneficial

Be Exceptional:

  • Responsibilities would include: outlining objectives; collecting, analysing and interpreting data; observing trends within data; determining and clarifying strategic and operational problems by consulting with appropriate employees; using complex mathematical and statistical methods; identifying and assessing possible strategies; presenting results that are easily understood; implementing agreed solutions
  • Undertake financial and operational analysis of behavioural and other data to create insights
  • Develop new and innovative models to inform analysis, decision-making and reporting
  • Elicit a collaborative mind set with a passion for innovating and creating new solutions in a team environment
  • You have the ability to undertake analysis and develop ideas with a focus on strategic thinking
  • Use your strong data analytics skills to develop creative and unique client solutions
  • Have the willingness to take the lead in your own professional development with a focus on continued learning and study


  • You will be a graduate to at least bachelors-level. The degree needs to either be in a numerate subject or in a subject that covers a large amount of quantitative and analytical theory - relevant subjects include maths, statistics, computer science, engineering, physics, economics, management science
  • 1-2 years experience
  • Hold advanced excel modelling skills and/or experience in tools such as SAS, R, SQL, Qlik, Tableau and PowerPivot
  • Experience with IDI will be beneficial
  • Experienced in statistical data analysis and interrogation
  • Demonstrate a methodical and logical approach to work
  • Elicit very strong mathematical and IT skills
  • Confident when working with data
  • Have the ability to communicate complex data simply
  • Work as part of an effective team and use relationship-building skills
