The opportunity:

  • We have a position available for a proactive and organised Team Secretary on either a part-time or full-time basis!
  • This role supports our Private Enterprise and DDX Enterprise teams, who help privately owned businesses reach their goals. 
  • All training in our processes and associated systems will be provided. 

Day to day you will:

  • Coordinate meetings (internal/external), functions, training and conference calls to include venue/room bookings, equipment hire, catering and any other related logistics
  • Drive monthly billing and work in progress management
  • Collate information for reports as required
  • Assist with risk management processes and administer office systems and processes (including assisting with PE systems and technology)
  • Correspondence and office document management
  • Book travel and accommodation requirements for management group and members of staff
  • Maintain client relationship contact details
  • Coordinate staff onboarding
  • Assist the Private Enterprise PA and act as back-up from time to time

What you'll bring to our team:

  • Previous administration experience is advantageous
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • High level of confidentiality 
  • Well developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be a team player with a friendly, professional manner
  • Be highly organised and efficient
  • A high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Be proactive and assertive in terms of increasing the effectiveness of systems and processes
