Our main office, located over the rooftops of Berlin Mitte is the pivotal point for our Germany-wide team, with an additional base in Bonn. Our clients include UEFA, ProSiebenSat.1 Media, Condé Nast, BMW, TUI, Deutsche Telekom AG, RedBull. Our support ranges from strategic consulting to the development software. If we happen to need a bit more manpower, we like to draw to our versatile network of experts to support us.

What to expect:

Support our consulting team for at least one year in developing digital strategies, business cases, target operating models including roadmaps and approach to cultural change for the energy and utilities sector
Shaping the desired customer experience for our clients that creates measurable value
Understanding the customer story: the articulation of the desired shift in sentiment in the relationship between the client’s brand and its customers. Leveraging innovation methods and non-traditional creative techniques to create new meaning and new opportunities for value creation
With your project team fostering a culture of quality, effectiveness and professionalism
Do research of relevant trends, companies and innovationsSupport of the conception and realization of projects

What we expect:

Insight on digital marketing strategy, customer experience management and defining, agile working and improving end-to-end customer journeys
Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to create and deliver clear, powerful and concise presentations
Strong leadership and organizational skills, able to plan and manage time and resources efficiently, establishing priorities and meeting goals
Highly motivated with a passion for innovation and delivering measurable value
German and English language proficiency
Entrepreneurial spirit, willingness to travel, people skills
Experienced in working with keynote and powerpoint
