What You'll Be Doing
We are looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Demand Generation Manager, to join our marketing team that builds the awareness and generates leads for our solutions.
You will drive marketing plans, operations planning and performance management with digital marketing tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Sales Loft, LinkedIn). You will work cross-functionally with individuals and teams in marketing and sales to support the development, execution and measurement of account-based, multi-channel campaigns that focus on generating high quality opportunities to meet sales pipeline and revenue goals. You will then monitor, analyze and evaluate campaign and pipeline performance and results and provide recommendations for optimizations to improve performance benchmarks.
You have a strong understanding of the B2B marketing and sales funnel, are passionate about operational efficiencies, and have deep experience with campaign operations. You are a team player, have a mindset to help and enable people around you.
Develop and retain your customer base, by understanding client accounts and pain points, recommending best cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and automating engagement with existing customers.
Partner across marketing and sales to assist in building and running pipeline generating campaigns (lead scoring, email nurtures, events, account-based marketing, webinars, etc.); execute, measure, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive the growth of the business.
Help operationalize marketing program processes to support the efficient development and standardized measurement of demand-gen campaigns; design, implement, and document campaign processes.
Leverage automation systems inclusive of ABM platforms (RollWorks), marketing automation (Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce) to manage email campaigns, generate and nurture leads, track and measure campaign performance, and drive insights for optimization opportunities and to improve performance benchmarks.
Ensure proper set-up of demand generation campaigns to allow for accurate digital and Web tracking and reporting. Increase web traffic through optimization, SEO and SEM campaigns.
5 - 7 years of experience in demand generation, marketing operations and/or campaign management in a SaaS company.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and an ability to translate business goals into operational requirements.
Deep experience and expertise with marketing automation, CRM (Pardot, Salesforce and RollWorks preferred), as well as Web analytics and reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure high quality deliverables with high attention to detail.
Demonstrated analytical ability and quantitative skills; demonstrable ability to analyze campaign and pipeline metrics and effectiveness and optimize to improve performance.
Ability to take a logical and methodical approach to problem solving, while still being innovative and creative.
