· At least 2 years’ experience of working with customer loyalty programs and/or CRM
· B2B or B2C database marketing or segment marketing experience is preferred
· Degree holder in MIS, Economics, Business administration, Marketing or related disciplines
· Track record of direct Marketing campaign management
· Experience and affinity with data mining is a definite advantage
· Commercial minded and good communication skills
