Onto our fifth year as a start-up, now operating in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines, we plan on expanding and reaching more customers and drivers, enabling them to achieve their goals in life, through our service.
Insighting: Must be able to think from the perspective of a driver, and must be capable of understanding qualitative and quantitative research among drivers, and from there, derive powerful insights, which will be the foundation of driver communications.
Omni-Channel Planning: Capable of planning across offline and online channels to achieve targets, at the lowest driver acquisition cost as possible.
Events/Activations: Should have had experience planning and organizing activation events.
Photoshop: Proficient in Adobe photoshop and illustrator.
Creative thinker and writer: Can think of catchy slogans, prose and concepts on one’s feet
Reporting: Comfortable with numbers and excel reports, and can easily grasp trends and insights from such metrics.
What you’ll need:
Any Marketing-related degree is advantageous
Minimum of 2 years work experience in Marketing
Photoshop proficiency is a must (please bring portfolio)
Experience in organizing events and activations is preferred
Experience in qualitative/quantitative research is preferred
Experience in implementing online ads is preferred
Fluent in English and Filipino
Willing to work in Quezon City

Local deliveries are fulfilled at a breakneck 55 minutes, door-to-door. For drivers, Lalamove significantly optimises their fleet and route, maximising their earning potential.
