Responsibilities: 
-Plan, coordinate and execute all-rounded digital activities in support to Head of Marketing to achieve KPIs for both demand and supply side.
-Develop digital solutions for up-pushing full funnel from Awareness-Acquisition to Retention/Referral
-Enhance conversion rate metrics by analysing the acquisition funnel and come up with effective approach
-Monitor budget, ROI, and digital performance
-Potential candidate will have chance to extend experience in Retention, CRM scope
-Competitive updates, monitoring and review to develop timely social topics and actions

Requirement:

  • 3+ years of digital performance media experience
  • Ideally with media planning agency experience
  • Problem solver - be able to analyse data, 
  • Test - Learn - Excel mentality
  • User empathy - be able to think from User perspective and build user journey
  • Well organised, passionate with can-do attitude, Good team player with communication skills
  • Data-driven and results-oriented, be able to deploy data to propose and execute effective digital campaign and solutions to achieve KPIs. 
  • Specialised in but not limited to paid Social, SEM, Programmatic 
  • Fluent in English, Chinese
