The Design director will explore and conceptualize design options and solutions that maintain Landor’s vision and creative beliefs– ‘great ideas expertly and beautifully crafted and delivered with rigor and flair’. You will work either independently or in conjunction with Executive and Creative Director, Senior Designers and Designers, evaluate design options, develop and push to find ‘big ideas’ based on design strategy and the creative brief. You will develop straightforward design approaches to complex design challenges across brand development, corporate identity, mobile, digital and user experience design projects.
What we’re looking for…
Over the last 10 years, you’ve flawlessly designed agile brands within the corporate branding and identity. You have least 8 years of broad creative and management experience with a global sophistication and the ability to adapt to different cultures. You are a strategic thinker, understand branding and love it when you understand a client’s business and arrive at insights that solve their challenges via their brand. Your strong presentation skills include the ability to explain and substantiate design direction. You perform well in a team environment and foster communication and cohesion between internal teams and functions. You have a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Graphic design, design, fine arts, or a related field with excellent technical skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and 3D programs.
