Landor is seeking a Designer to explore and conceptualize design options and solutions that maintain Landor’s vision and creative beliefs– “great ideas expertly and beautifully crafted and delivered with rigor and flair.” Have you got what it takes?

You have a love of design: rolling up your sleeves and collaborating cross discipline in a fast pace environment. Partnering with clients to show The Senior Designer will explore and conceptualize design options and solutions that maintain Landor’s vision and creative beliefs– ‘great ideas expertly and beautifully crafted and delivered with rigor and flair’. You will work either independently or in conjunction with Directors, fellow Senior Designers and Designers, evaluate design options, develop and push to find ‘big ideas’ based on design strategy and the creative brief. You will develop straightforward design approaches to complex design challenges across packaging, brand development, corporate identity, mobile, digital and user experience design projects.
What we’re looking for…
A Senior Designer, who for the last 5+ years, has flawlessly designed agile brands within the CPG industry. They have at least 3+ years broad creative and management experience (required) with a global sophistication and the ability to adapt to different cultures. You are a strategic thinker, understand branding and love it when you really understand a client’s business and arrive at insights that solve their challenges via their brand. You are a team player; understand team interaction and roles of team members. You perform well in a team environment and foster communication and cohesion between internal teams and functions.
