The Senior Analyst, Insights & Analytics will be part of a growing North America Insights & Analytics team that partners with strategists, client service and design teams to deliver on a variety of research projects that inspire and inform a brand’s strategy and design. You will help execute different research approaches (quantitative surveys, qualitative interviews, social media listening, etc.) that lead to actionable insights and support the work we create for our clients. In addition, your role will be to use syndicated research tools and third party research to identify insights and assist other team members in the development of reports and presentations for our clients.
You will report to a Senior Manager that will mentor and coach you, fostering personal and career development.
What we’re looking for…
An analytics and insights professional, who brings 2-3 years’ experience across a range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, tools, and approaches. You exhibit strong project management skills, with a keen ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You enjoy being hands-on with projects end-to-end, from field material development, field management and data analysis. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a track record of developing, tracking and managing all aspects of a project, ensuring they are on time and on budget. We seek someone with a B.S. or M.S. degree, 2-3 years’ experience, proven expertise in market research gained while working in a brand, innovation, digital, market research and/or management consultancy. Experience with both B2B and B2C brands is preferred. You are proficient working with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) and comfortable working on a Mac. Experience working with social media analytics platforms (Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Sysomos, etc.) and/or DIY research tools (e.g. Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, etc). You are interested in keeping track of new innovative methods for gaining insights. You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in being a team player who is driven to work collaboratively building the world’s most agile brands.
