Now, the role
The Sales Development Representative is an energetic and organized professional who loves working with prospective customers and following up with sales leads. The Sales Development Representative is often the first contact that a prospective customer may have with Lattice. Whether interacting on the phone, at an event, through email, or another medium, the Sales Development Representative makes a positive first impression of Lattice by owning the first portion of a prospect’s sales journey in a manner that sets up both the prospect and Lattice for success. Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas by setting high quality meetings between prospective customers and our team of Account Executives that lead to quality pipeline, revenue
Respond to customer inquiries and help with qualifying and scheduling sales meetings.
Source leads using prospecting techniques and schedule sales meetings
Reach out to prospective customers across a variety of channels - phone, email, social, chatExceed aggressive KPIs consisting of phone calls, emails, response time, and others
Deliver a world-class experience for prospects who are considering Lattice and other performance management solutions
Excellent writing ability and phone skills
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Able to maintain a high level of organization and prioritization in order to properly manage outreach to different types of both inbound and outbound prospects across a variety of channels
