After a tremendous record breaking growth year, we are now expanding our Americas team and looking for a best in class Agency Partner Manager to join our top-tier Agency team.

As a key member of the America’s Agency team, you will be tasked with developing relationships with key agency partners across large holding companies, independent agencies and tech consultancies. Your client engagements include prospecting & nurturing existing relationships while helping the greater team widen it’s business footprint across the Americas region. 

Additionally, you’ll be looked to as a key contributor that will support day to day activities of existing Agency clients (internally & externally), sharing best-practices, expanding partnership negotiations, as well as working directly with sales & customer success teams to onboard new tech & media partners into Liftoff’s platform. 

Key to this role will be the ability to support cross functional relationships with various partner teams in a dynamic environment and to build meaningful relationships that help drive business results.

This role can be based out of one of the following office locations: New York City, Redwood City, or San Francisco.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Liftoff’s Agency Leadership to manage relationships with strategic Agencies and work cross functionally with Sales teams to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • Identify new growth opportunities within existing Agency accounts to expand partnership growth and engage together to help clients leverage Liftoff’s full suite of capabilities.
  • Be an internal subject matter expert which includes managing reporting, real-time data analysis, day to day operations and driving new insights to fuel systemic innovation. 
  • Strategically advise clients on new product solutions or offerings as needed in complement with Sales teams sales efforts. 
  • Assist in the creation of Agency centric Sales & Marketing resources on an ongoing basis including management of business unit centers of excellence. 
  • Seamlessly manage partner onboarding and continual education of Liftoff products and the role Liftoff plays in the mobile ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with day to day sales and customer success teams to drive optimum workflow across the entire Americas region. 
  • In concert with the Agency leadership, participate in industry centric events with potential travel (when safely allowed) and be a representative of Liftoff’s Agency practice through high touch client engagements as required. 

Desired skills and qualifications: 

  • ​5-7 years of Agency centric sales/account management/customer success in digital Advertising. 
  • Strong technical understanding of the advertising ecosystem (both web & mobile) with a focus on Mobile marketing. 
  • High touch client management experience at a high growth Agency or Adtech company desired. 
  • Comfortable operating independently, able to work efficiently with limited direction and able to work in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including to non-technical audiences. 
  • High level of attention to detail, data driven and self motivated to create new solutions in a high frequency environment.
  • Exposure/work with international markets, brands, Agencies a plus but not necessity. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Spanish language skills are a plus, but not essential.
