Liftoff's continued success depends on strong customer teams that are laser focused on meeting the needs of our customers. The Solutions team plays a key role in that by designing and implementing end-to-end technical solutions to meet those needs.
This role is eligible for work out of any of the following US Office locations on a flexible WFH/WFO schedule:
- Redwood City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City, Seattle, Austin (office in 2022).
- Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding of Liftoff's products.
- Build and architect custom solutions for our largest customers and partners.
- Drive innovation by refining products and tools based directly on taking customer and partner feedback.
- Proactively track and resolve reported issues, then automate solutions so those issues don't recur.
- Work closely with internal and external partners across the ecosystem to provide a consistent set of experiences to our mutual customers.
- Contribute to an “engineering excellence” culture through state-of-the-art tools, risk-driven testing, explainable systems, and code review.
