Lime is a smart-mobility provider that offers cities an array of mobility products including Lime-E e-assist bicycles and Lime-S electric scooters. Lime aims to revolutionize mobility in cities and campuses by empowering residents with cleaner, more efficient, and affordable transportation options that improve urban sustainability.

Instrumental to developing and executing the overall Partnerships roadmap for Lime, this role will help build Lime larger partnerships and media platform. You will be responsible for achieving key success metrics as we aim to integrate with local markets, develop deep customer loyalty, and ultimately establish new revenue channels.

As a leader in the organization, you will help run day-to-day operations for the Partnerships team. You will build out and orchestrate your own team as the need shows while directly giving in to the process yourself. Perhaps above all else, you’ll join a team of amazing leaders seeking to build an everyday utility and household brand. You will make a serious impact on growing the company's business opportunity, and long-term presence in the US market.


  • Co-drive the execution of the Partnership roadmap with the VP of Marketing & Partnerships
  • Help set and deliver on OKRs for the Partnerships team
  • Build and deliver clear reporting structure
  • Support and run partner campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of paying, non-profit, and critical partners
  • Implement multimedia marketing and advertising campaigns in line with our partners standards by working cohesively with engineering, marketing, and sales
  • Collaborate closely with Ops, Field Marketing, and Comms local media activities
  • Help develop, maintain, and communicate Lime messaging and positioning to outside partners
  • Develop and source short and longterm opportunities that strengthen our brand and drive ridership
  • Use, lead, and optimize 3rd party consulting resources (e.g. local agencies, etc)
  • Obtain leads through networking, attending conferences, and community involvement
  • Run your own team as you help prove the opportunity


  • Bachelor’s degree or more in Business, Marketing or Sales strongly preferred
  • 3-5+ years of business development, media, advertising or sales experience
  • Excellent project/program management skills
  • Highly articulate with a consultative approach to business problems
  • A people person or someone who can be so for the cause. You will be on the front lines representing Lime.
  • Willing to adapt as necessary to accommodate changes
  • Able to clearly and concisely articulate a persuasive point of view, both written and verbal
  • Strong writing and editing skills, critical eye for detail
  • Experience creating sales collateral from scratch based on sales conversations, sales calls, product interviews, user interviews, market research, and your own experience
  • Travel required - 25% to start and down to 10-15% over time
