We are looking for a leader with a vision for creating a world-class Revenue Operations function. The Director, Revenue Ops must have a strong process/operations background and CRM business systems expertise to support our fast-growing company. The Director of Revenue Operations will optimize and solidify cross-departmental processes throughout the customer lifecycle in order to find opportunities for efficient revenue growth. In this role, you will optimize the efficiency of the processes and systems by evaluating and automating our processes, designing our systems architecture and project managing initiatives that will improve both of these areas.
The Director, Revenue Operations would ideally be based in our New Orleans office, but the employee has the option to be remotely based. #LI-Remote
Partner with Sales leadership to support Sales team on sales planning, forecasting, pipeline building, and plan attainment to identify opportunities for revenue growth and expansion
Lead the global Revenue Operations team with strategic direction, and help scale the team for growth
Oversee and lead the audit, design, and Implement streamlined revenue operations systems to amplify growth performance
Making forecasting for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success transparent and predictable
Identifying the most viable growth acceleration levers
Drive continuous improvement through standard operating cadences including weekly forecast and metric reviews in addition to monthly and quarterly go-to-market business reviews
Perform strategic product, market, and customer analyses to identify new growth drivers or opportunities for improvement
Define, manage, and provide insights on key performance indicators across a range of segments, geographies, and go-to-market teams
Collaborate with sales, finance, revenue operations, marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute strategic operational projects to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue
Define, track and report actual performance against goals and metrics to the Sales leadership team via Salesforce dashboards or other automated reporting tools
10+ years of work experience in an analytical role, preferably with several years of leadership experience (Strategy, Finance, Analytics, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting)
Hands-on and proven proficiency in Salesforce (maintain/update/improve processes and workflow, oversee implementation with other systems, build KPI Dashboards for key stakeholders within and outside of Sales organization)
Experience using SalesLoft, Power BI and Totango a plus
Expert proficiency in financial modeling and analyzing complex and large data sets
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Track-record of collaborating with cross-functional partners to lead transformation and growth
Strategy in a high-growth, fast paced environment, preferably at a SaaS organization
