Product Marketing Manager, Passenger Growth

  • Be the voice of the prospective passenger within the product organization
  • Be the expert of your end user by conducting user research and leveraging user data. Leverage customer insights to develop strategy, positioning, and provide feedback cross-functionally
  • Develop and drive an overarching passenger growth strategy in conjunction with the product and engineering teams to increase passenger acquisition growth
  • Continuously optimize the passenger signup experience and flows to increase conversion and engagement
  • Own the performance of the Lyft passenger signup; work with product, creative and analytics to continuously optimize the signup flows
  • Own the performance of the passenger gift card program; work with product, creative and analytics to continuously optimize revenue
  • Work cross-functionally with product, brand, design, research, support, PR, etc. regularly to support on-going product launches and go-to-market strategies
  • Identify and prioritize areas of opportunity, and innovate on how to amplify passenger acquisition


  • 3+ years experience in product marketing, with a focus on growth
  • Very strong written communication skills
  • Analytical thinker and experience in data-driven marketing. Results driven with the ability to analyze complex data to inform strategic decisions
  • Experience working with user flow metrics and optimizing product funnels
  • Ability to independently drive experimentation frameworks focused on growth (i.e. A/B tests on copy and design)
  • Strong Excel, SQL, and analytical skills
  • Obsessed with knowing the customer: experience with applying consumer insights to help optimize product experience
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally effectively with both analytical and creative teams.
