  • Manage full life-cycle recruiting processes for our Level 5 Hardware and Software teams, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Innovate on ways to build a strong talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues, including conferences and tech talks
  • Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research
  • Work internally with Lyft hiring managers to understand positions and team needs
  • Create job descriptions and role profiles based on the position and company requirements
  • Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally with legal, compensation/benefits, on-boarding, immigration, etc.
  • Speak fluently about the Lyft culture and technology
  • Track team metrics and pipeline activity to make data-driven decisions and recommend  improvements to our recruiting strategy
  • Building diverse and inclusive teams


  • 5+ years agency/in-house technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced, growing organization
  • A good eye for technical talent and ability to work across all technical pipelines within software and hardware engineering
  • Prior recruiting focus hiring for software or hardware engineering
  • Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (web/social/professional networks, etc.)
  • Has built and maintains a broad network of professional relationships
  • Knowledge of the tech space
  • Impeccable written and verbal communications skills
  • Bonus points for being an avid Lyft user, work experience in a start-up environment
