Lyft is your friend with a car, whenever you need one

Drivers are the heart and soul of Lyft. We take impeccable care of drivers and ask them to do the same for our passengers.

Lyft’s Driver Experience team fosters this vision and stewards programs that create meaningful end-to-end experiences for our drivers. Currently we are managing 3 unique workstreams that influence various moments of the driver lifecycle:

1.) New Driver Experience - We create and support education and communication initiatives that prepare drivers for the road.
2.) Retail Experience - When drivers interact with Lyft ‘offline’ (in-person) for onboarding, support and/or vehicle rental, we aim to provide stellar hospitality and service.
3.) Loyalty & Milestone recognition - Drivers make our business happen and we aim to reward the most impactful drivers. We drive multiple initiatives aimed at loyalty, retention and timely recognition.

As the Analytical point on the team, you’ll support all of these initiatives by transforming data into insights and shaping our projects to deliver maximum impact. Through the lens of analytics, you will heavily influence strategy, planning and execution.
