Senior Director, Retail Operations

Lyft, San Francisco, CA

Lyft is your friend with a car, whenever you need one

In less than 18 months, Lyft has rolled out more than 150 locations where drivers can connect with Lyft - from flagship Driver Hubs to functional inspection sites and partner rental facilities. Now we need a seasoned retail leader with a strong vision for building the best retail experience for drivers and the operational chops to make it a reality.

There’s a lot of work and huge impact ahead. We need best-in-class front-line employee recruiting, training, and engagement programs. We need a real estate footprint that is functional, flexible, and inspiring. We need service design that is coordinated with all of Lyft’s other teams, and yet held to the highest bar of customer satisfaction. We need relentless attention to quality and efficiency. Oh, and we need to do it all at lightning speed.

If you want to be a part of building the future of transportation, you’re comfortable moving at warp speed, and you care deeply about drivers, passengers, and the communities we live in, we want to hear from you!
