Lyft is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to focus on our Platform Partners to drive business growth and efficiencies. You will be joining a nimble team and play a pivotal role in growing Lyft (and our partners) and building better user experiences for our passengers and drivers through our partnerships.


  • Manage all aspects of the partnership with our top platform partners, including partner success, new opportunities, and business product requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and implement business and new product initiatives, develop work plans, lead analysis, and develop and communicate final recommendations
  • Negotiate agreements and work with legal teams to close agreements. Analyze/report on partner performance
  • Develop a business plan and growth strategy with partners, and lead cross-functional execution against defined milestones and metrics
  • Create scalable programs for onboarding, training, and growing new partners
  • Work closely with Lyft’s product, engineering, operations, and business teams to define priorities and roadmap
  • Represent partners internally and Lyft externally at senior levels


  • 4+ years of demonstrated success in partner management that resulted in user and revenue growth via partnerships (experience with large consumer tech companies like Google and Apple preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills, but comfortable with ambiguity and adept at solving problems creatively
  • Ability to distill complex issues and large amounts of data into structured frameworks and concrete recommendations and action plans
  • High EQ, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive consensus with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collegial and can-do personality, with great sense of humor
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university (strong academic performance); MBA a plus
