As a Program Specialist for our Enterprise Solutions vertical, you’ll help our clients understand the power of Lyft Business. You will work as the implementation and product expert alongside our sales team responsible for increased use of Lyft Business’ products for transportation use cases across corporate travel, workplace commute, events, recruiting, etc.  You will be the “ears and eyes” of our ride programs ensuring that our customers are finding success by using Lyft for their transportation needs. 

We’re building the next great mobility platform, and we are seeking self motivated, organized problem solvers that are ready to roll up their sleeves and become the “in the weeds expert” in launching and maintaining our robust transportation programs for our enterprise customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for transportation partners for product, billing, and customer service issues
  • Triage partner issues and ensure they are resolved in an appropriate timeline. Often requires working with cross-functional teams such as accounting, legal, compliance and engineering.
  • In partnership with Enterprise Account Executives & Account Managers, launch and implement transportation programs -- each with unique patient, restriction and billing needs
  • Support Enterprise Account Managers to prepare for partner meetings and help pull data for Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Understand the transportation nuances/objectives amongst our largest corporate customers and how Lyft Business products can support their transportation needs across use cases like corporate travel, commute, events, recruiting, etc. 
  • Conduct frequent product demos to customers as part of onboarding and implementation process across organizations in the enterprise, retail, and hospitality space
  • Work alongside Enterprise Account Managers in understanding customer needs and go-to-market strategy to increase usage of Lyft Business transportation products 
  • Optimize and monitor usage of implement transportation programs, communicating constantly with customers on how programs can be optimized
  • Provide regular reporting  and account updates to internal and external stakeholders offering insights and recommendations to optimize current transportation programs
  • Troubleshoot product issues and serve as a liaison between Lyft’s product team, internal sales and our enterprise customers to develop changes or enhancements to our overall product suite. 

Experience:

  • BA/BS or equivalent required
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in a customer or client facing role
  • Ability to handle multiple internal and customer facing responsibilities at once
  • Adept at communicating to customers and understanding specific transportation and customer support needs across multiple stakeholders
  • Self driven in building cross functional relationships internally including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Collections, Legal, etc
  • Ability to succeed in a fast and transactional work environment, while keeping note of strategies that can help build verticals within Lyft Business

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay For Equal Work act the pay rate for this role is $24.45-$30/hr.
