We are looking for a Talent Program Manager to partner with the recruiting team and business leaders to manage a program within the recruiting life cycle (e.g. referrals program, interview process, etc.). If you have experience managing programs from end-to-end, and have experience in Talent/Recruiting - this is the role for you! This role reports to the Program Manager, Talent Lifecycle.


  • Set the strategic vision and roadmap for the assigned Talent Program
  • Optimize program strategically and operationally (e.g., identify operational efficiencies, improve current program/processes, drive adoption of program modifications)
  • Contribute to Talent teams overall recruiting efforts by defining key data points and OKRs for assigned program
  • Build relationships with business and recruiting leaders to identify high-priority opportunity areas for program growth and modification
  • Establish practices that contribute to overall candidate NPS and experiences as well as internal stakeholder satisfaction with programatic support


  • 3+ years of program management. Experience in recruiting, HR, L&D preferred.
  • Success building and implementing HR programs
  • Experience defining and using data to measure programs and drive improvements
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and clients
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with internal and cross-functional partners
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
