As an Account Executive on the Lyft Business team, you will help large organizations improve their employees’, customers’, and patients’ experience.  If you’re interested in being a part of the biggest revolution in generations, the redesigning of cities around people, not cars — join us.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Identify transportation challenges in the marketplace 
  • Create and execute a targeted prospect list and territory plan 
  • Generate opportunities and business from scratch
  • Establish executive relationships within mid-market organizations and connect Lyft values to executive initiatives to close new business
  • Conduct thorough discovery to understand prospects current environment, requirements, decision-making processes, and timeframes
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline in an assigned territory
  • Maintain appropriate activity levels to meet weekly prospecting goals and appointment/sales objectives
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals
  • Accurately forecasts monthly revenue, manage and update opportunities in CRM

Experience:

  • 3+ years of successful experience in a closing sales position
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to pivot and thrive during constant change
  • Has a high level of sales persistence and work ethic
  • Comfortable with the active change of a start-up environment
  • Have a “Make it Happen” mentality
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in email campaign management
  • Proven track record exceeding revenue targets and goals
  • Prior experience at Internet, SaaS, AdTech startups is a plus
  • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals
  • Demonstrates the ability to understand and absorb new information

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act the base pay range for this role is approximately $62,080.00 - $84,000.00 annually.
