Job description:

Magic Leap has various exciting projects in the field of computer vision, and we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our computer vision algorithm team, developing and implementing meaningful advanced SW Computer Vision and Deep Learning algorithms, targeted to our cutting edge embedded SW wearable platform. Ideally, the candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience within the field and be able to hit the ground running. So if you are passionate about embedded algorithms delivery and have what it takes, we are looking for you

Must haves:

  • 5 years of experience in C/C++ programming in real time embedded platforms
  • Proven experience working in a Linux embedded environment
  • Proven experience implementing embedded algorithms on a real time system
  • Familiarity with Computer Vision algorithms
  • Complex system issue analysis and advanced debugging techniques
  •  B.Sc/M.Sc in one of computer science, electrical/computer engineering or equivalent

Advantages:

  • Experience with implementing Computer Vision algorithms in an embedded system
  • Experience with implementing Deep Learning algorithms in an embedded system
  • Experience working with DSP's and proprietary related processors
  • Experience developing in Python
