Job Description 

Senior Business Analyst, Lead to Cash  will be responsible for the functional support and documentation for Lead to Cash Systems and managing the delivery and support of solutions using the following tools: SAP S/4 HANA SD Modules integrated with CRM system, Hybris Commerce and payment capture and processing applications including Paymetric, Paypal and Financing options. The role will be responsible for continuously improving the processes related to Order to Cash and integration of payment options for physical, digital and subscription sales. The incumbent will interact cross functionally with: Sales, Finance, Cloud and Software teams. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead blueprinting and requirement gathering phases to elicit and document business and technical requirements;
• Lead and create deliverables for all aspects of business analysis and functional design for our initiatives, including but not limited to requirements elicitation, functional specifications, use case analysis, visual modeling, business, organizational and/or operational requirements validation/documentation
• Stock the product backlog with actionable user-centered agile specifications (user stories) and, help prioritize stories in the product backlog for the development team, according to business value
• Facilitate requirements elaboration of user stories with team members, including process- and data-modeling activities
• Communicate effectively with all team members, project sponsors, and stakeholders - both technical and non-technical
• Assist in the implementation of new system modules, as needed.
• Implement a system to record and manage traceability of user and system requirements.
• Provide extensive detail in support development and support of Use Cases.
• Assist with the testing and change management procedures.
• Help the development team understand business processes by creating diagrams and supporting documentation as needed including white boarding.
• Design solutions that drive system transaction processes of customer creation, sales, billing, payment and settlement processing for digital goods, physical goods and services; 
• Engage business partners in evaluating opportunities for both process and system improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to build solutions improving the Lead to Cash processes in accordance with business requirements; 
• Work closely with architects/analysts to ensure process consistency across processes and systems;
• Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for system enhancements and planning related to Lead to Cash and Royalty processes;
• Serve as SME lead in creation of test scripts, functional testing, and documentation of test results;
• Provide training to business users as needed to enable self sufficiency;
• Work with internal & external audit team as needed;
• Identify reporting needs and design reports using standard functionality and enhancements with SAP and other reporting tools; 
• Identify service and methodology shortcomings; identify tools and; 
• Best practices to correct or improve upon those issues and help implement and communicate those throughout our work.

Reporting and Location 

As our Senior Business Analyst, you will report to our Director, Business Technology, Lead to Cash. The role can be located remotely in the US or Canada or based out of our HQ office in Plantation, Florida. 

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst working experience with System Implementations, requirements gathering and documentation
• Experience in Software Development Life Cycle
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting closely-spaced, ambitious timelines;
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to collaborate with a team of functional analysts and developers in various geographies;
• Experience using 'Agile' methodologies as a Scrum Master preferred
• Experience using JIRA
• Must have a working knowledge of project management lifecycle and techniques
• Understands quality assurance methodologies and the principles of software design

• Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Science or related field

  Project Management and/or Business Analysis Certification preferred
