Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze client data (both qualitative and quantitative)
- Ensure recommendations and insights are tailored to meet each client’s unique needs
- Prepare high-quality client presentations and data visualizations to communicate strategic findings and recommendations
- Ensure MLT is meeting client expectations and deliverables on-time and within the established scope
- Establish team processes, templates, and engagement best practices alongside the rest of the team
- Further build a repository of insights and recommendations that can be customized for future engagements
Qualifications
- Strategy / management consulting experience or partner / program management experience required (must have experience interviewing, analyzing data, and developing client-ready presentations in a fast-paced work setting)
- Strong storytelling skills utilizing powerpoint and/or google suite
- Strong client orientation and relationship management skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills with learning agility
- Strong process orientation; must work to instill sustainable processes and systems
- Strong results-orientation and sense of urgency
- Commitment to the social sector and MLT’s mission and values

John Rice at CitiAs a Harvard MBA student in the early 1990’s, John Rice began delving into the reasons why there were few other students there who looked like him.
