Mediamorph is a seeking Sr. Business Analyst based in our Los Angeles office who would like to have the opportunity to apply their hard-earned skills in a rewards-driven environment.


  • Developing an in-depth understanding of customer business processes and operations, and applying the knowledge to define solutions using the Mediamorph product suite
  • Analyzing and documenting relevant business processes
  • Leading interviews with customers to define, document and review functional requirements
  • Developing gap fit documentation
  • Developing solution design specification
  • Defining system acceptance criteria with customers
  • Facilitating User Acceptance Testing processes including documenting test plans and test results
  • Preparing end user documentation, training materials, and release notes
  • Conducting training classes, including train-the trainer, one-on-one or classroom style training
  • Engaging all relevant participants in release management activities
  • Traveling to client sites as required


  • A minimum of 5 years’ demonstrated experience in implementing software solutions, preferably with packaged web-based/SaaS software applications
  • Extensive experience in defining user requirements and business process analysis
  • Experience with release and change management techniques
  • Experience with MS Office suite, project management software, Confluence, JIRA
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Experience with end-to-end system testing and regression testing
  • Experience with end-user training
  • Experience with finance and accounting practices a plus
  • Experience with datawarehouse concepts and business analytics a plus
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the development of project documentation
  • Ability to write and present effective project materials, including process flow diagrams, presentations, status reports, and test plans
  • Ability to effectively identify and resolve conflicts and issues
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and clients
  • Media & Entertainment industry experience strongly preferred
