Mendix is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager, Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) to drive campaign strategy, execution, analysis and optimization for marketing campaigns with GSIs. In this role, you will work closely with the Global Partner Managers to understand the go-to-market strategy and priorities of the GSIs, work cross-functionally with regional sales and marketing, partners and other marketing functions to deliver high impact campaigns that drive demand.

The ideal candidate for this role possesses an ability to build relationships across sales and marketing at the GSIs, logically prioritize initiatives that drive business outcomes and develop joint campaigns that introduce Mendix solutions into GSI customer markets. The successful candidate is a great communicator, and able to facilitate alignment across teams and departments that leads to results in the market.

·        Creating and executing plans and programs for GSIs, in collaboration with Global Partner Managers, regional marketing and other functions as needed with the goal of growing Mendix revenue through these partners and to achieve revenue targets.
·        Understanding of the operational aspects of marketing, including strategic marketing plan development, management of marketing budget(s), creation of sales tools, promotions, telemarketing, and collateral development.
·        Implementing methods to track and evaluate the impact of partner marketing funding on our business and reporting the results. This includes driving lead management, ROI analysis and reporting of both partner and Mendix driven marketing activity.
·        Working with Global Partner Managers to identify new business and revenue opportunities; aligning GSI marketing programs and tactics with the sales plan.
·        Incorporating Mendix solutions within the partners go-to-market model; integrating Mendix products and services within the partners solutions campaigns.
·        Collaborating with Global Partner Managers on partner development and marketing enablement initiatives that accelerate the partners ability to effectively position and sell Mendix solutions.
·        Coordinating regional and international activities with regional marketing teams to scale field/channel marketing efforts through joint engagements with global partners.
·     7+ years of experience in Marketing or Partner Management with a minimum of 3 years in a partner or channel marketing role. It is required that the candidate has experience and understanding and cultural sensitivity to overseas markets and Partners.
·        Experience in B2B technology marketing.
·     Experience in high tech, alliance, channel, and software industry.
·     Must be results driven, capable of working independently, and the ability to travel as needed.
·     Salesforce experience.
·        Marketo experience is preferred (or other marketing automation).
·        Previous experience defining ABM strategies, and with campaigns are a plus.
