Job Title: Manager, Marketing Campaign Operations
 
We are looking for a Manager of Marketing Campaign Operations to lead our Campaign Operations team of 4 within Mendix’s Global Marketing Operations function.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
·        Manage and maintain the marketing automation roadmap, driving continuous improvement and innovation for marketing integrations (website, webinars, event management, etc.), personalization and segmentation capabilities, and database management.
·        Work as a collective unit with Marketing Insights and Digital Operations to measure and analyze campaign effectiveness centered on conversion metrics, developing program benchmarks and monitoring campaign results to ensure maximum return on effort and aligning on goals toward our company OKRs.
·        Project manage marketing operations initiatives, including identifying business requirements and needs with stakeholders for 4 key regions.
·        Liaise with our Sales Operations and App Operations (IT) teams, providing alignment in our full-scale processes.
·        Support End-to-end configuration, creation, testing, and execution of high-quality, multi-touch/channel marketing campaigns including workflows, nurture campaigns, segmentation, email, landing pages, and list imports supporting Demand Gen.
·        Play a critical role as the direct contact with the Global Marketing team by regularly monitoring, analyzing, evaluating and reporting on overall performance of campaigns/programs; assessing performance by region, content type, channel and other factors.
·        Support the Marketing Operations function by contributing to the improvement/optimization of current marketing processes providing auditing of Marketo campaign workflows to ensure they are operating as planned, while supporting new initiatives.
·        Ensure data and systems compliance in accordance with GDPR and Global Data Privacy practices.
 
Requirements:
·        Involvement in B2B technology marketing.
·        Experience with Marketo.
·        A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience leading a team in a high-growth environment.
·        Process and quality orientation with exceptional attention to detail.
