Our Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Marketing Programs Associate to join our Campaign Operations team within Mendix’s Global Marketing Operations function, to primarily support our global Campaigns, agile teams.

*Note- role can be remote or hybrid but the employee must commit to EST hours.*

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a direct resource for one or more Campaign agile teams by participating in planning, acting as expert regarding campaign processes and best practices, monitoring quality of campaigns, and identifying areas of opportunity.
  • End-to-end configuration, creation, testing, and execution of high-quality, multi-touch/channel marketing campaigns including workflows, nurture campaigns, segmentation, email, landing pages, and list imports following QA procedures.
  • Assist in planning and maintaining the marketing automation roadmap, drive continuous improvement and innovation for new campaign types, personalization capabilities, segmentation, and database management.
  • Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness based on conversion metrics, developing program benchmarks and monitoring campaign results in line with our company OKRs.
  • Project manage key Marketo initiatives by identifying business requirements, assessing impact, executing on complex framework changes (i.e. lead lifecycle, scoring, suppression), and communicating final results to stakeholders
  • Liaise with our Sales Operations teams, providing alignment in our processes.
  • Ensure data and systems compliance in accordance with GDPR and global Data Privacy practices

Skills:

  • Results oriented, attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple objectives and projects.
  • Ability to manage own workload, work efficiently, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills within all areas including verbal and written
  • Unearth and troubleshoot data discrepancies/system errors with sense of ownership and urgency
  • Interest in taking ownership of complex problems, working across multiple teams to build out new processes and capabilities including (but not limited to): campaign attribution and inbound data flow, implementation of campaign/asset codes, launching & standardizing new campaign types, adding to our data enrichment capabilities

Background:

  • Experience in B2B technology marketing
  • A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Marketing Operations
  • Experience working in Marketo and SFDC Campaigns; Marketo expertise is a must
  • Process and quality orientation with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously
