Accountabilities: Record, track, and report on key initiatives with metrics. Document current and future reporting requirements. Assist with budget tracking. .Compliance/adoption of Project and Portfolio Management Suite. Training/teaching of Project and Portfolio Management Suite. Provides administrative support as needed. Facilitates meetings where appropriate and distribute meeting minutes. Develop and document internal processes. Assist Director of Delivery Management with assigned tasks.
Qualifications:.4-year undergraduate degree in relevant field. 0 – 2 years’ relevant experience. Experience using Microsoft Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)..Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience dealing with multiple teams and have a business centric approach.Comfortable operating in a technologically dynamic environment. Knowledge and comfort in using all applications included in the Microsoft Office Product Suite. Knowledge of Project Online, Power BI, Excel and SharePoint Online is a plus! Comfortable working in a fast-paced company environment. Be able to consume and act on self-made data driven decisions. Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills. Interest in the concerns and topics related to project management, financial and data governance.
