MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (MLBAM) is the interactive media and Internet Company of Major League Baseball. MLBAM manages the official league site, www.MLB.com, each of the 30 individual Club sites, and delivers live online streaming audio and video of every game as well as the most complete real-time baseball information and interactivity on the Internet and wireless devices.
MLB.com is looking for Associate Production Assistants for the upcoming 2018 season. This is an entry-level part-time opportunity for hard-working individuals with the potential for advancement within the company.
- Basic video editing
- Managing incoming emails
- Keeping Management up to date on on-going tasks/projects
- Navigating Site/Asset Management to research and locate videos
- Writing Video Blurbs for content to be posted on MLB.com and Partner websites
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop
- Work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of baseball (both current and historical)
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in a live news/sports studio environment a plus
Must be available for seasonal employment. Late nights and weekends will be required.
