People are the lifeblood of any company, and as a Technical Recruiter at MLB Advanced Media, you"ll be charged with finding talented, amazing individuals to drive us forward. This is also a unique chance to own the recruiting process and hiring strategy from end-to-end.

An ideal candidate will have strong skills and experience in attracting, sourcing and screening full time technical talent for high growth startups or for large consumer facing web platforms. They will also know how to work with hiring managers to understand needs, and build a strategic plan to acquire top talent.


  • Manage the pipeline and full life cycle process for assigned technical roles including working with the heads of engineering and technology team to understand requirements, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, soliciting feedback and communicating status to candidates.
  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates in creative ways.
  • Draft and post new job requisitions.
  • Ensure every candidate has a seamless and positive experience while interviewing at MLB Advanced Media
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and business teams)


  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Successful track record for placing technical candidates at high growth startups or companies with consumer facing websites.
  • Must be well-versed in and have a deep understanding of the technical nature of these jobs: you will be “talking tech” with candidates.
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptionally detail oriented.
