Netflix, Los Angeles, California

Leading subscription service for watching TV episodes and movies

As Netflix’s global customer base grows from 125+ million members enjoying stories from across the globe, the operations and scale at which we launch titles is paramount to our success to bring these stories to the right audience at the right time. The customer journey includes browsing our catalog, evaluating if they want to watch a title, and hitting play to enjoy the content of choice. Each asset brings a title to life, from the synopsis to the artwork to the previews and full video.

QC Operations’ core focus is to ensure that the quality of assets on our service continue to exceed the expectations of our members around the world. • Partner with cross-functional teams and leverage data to provide innovative thinking around scalable solutions and operational workflows for QC

  • Familiarity with non-English content and regional nuances in quality perception and expectations
  • An ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize effectively
  • Adaptability and resiliency to quick changes in priorities, technology, tools and workflow
  • An appetite for data-driven communication and problem-solving
