Our partners range from global consumer electronics brands to telecommunication and TV operators. Today, we’re partnering with leading brands like Sky, Vodafone, PlayStation, Google, Apple, Samsung and many more. Working closely with other cross-functional teams at Netflix, we are seeking a Business Development professional who can lead our partnerships in the CEE region. The successful candidate will have deep experience building and implementing partnership strategy as well as elevating business performance from identifying new opportunities to managing execution.
Analyze, structure and prioritize local telco and TV operator partnership opportunities
Manage and grow existing global partnerships with CE partners
Scout and initiate new partnerships in existing and new territories
Develop new ideas how to further improve the user experience through partners
Collaborate with x-functional country teams to drive general market success
Fluency in English and Polish (ability to manage complex negotiation process)
At least 10 years of directly relevant working experience in the industry in Telecommunications, MVPD, Consumer Electronics, Game Consoles or similar (in order of sequence)
Partner oriented mindset and proven negotiation skills
Analytical and strategic mindset

Availability to travel extensively for the business
