This group includes teams that fuel the productivity of our employees across the world like Employee Technology, Travel, and Workplace Services as well as our global Customer Service (CS) team who help our customers every day get back to streaming more Netflix content.
This role will initially partner with our CS team and then have the opportunity to expand to more teams later as you prove your effectiveness in partnering. As the HR Business Partner, you will support both corporate and regional CS teams including product support operations, learning & development, and workforce management. You will also directly manage an HR Generalist and CS dedicated recruiting team.
