Personalization is at the core of enabling subscribers to watch what they want, when they want on over 1,000 possible devices. Our personalization systems drive the member experience, selecting the rows and titles each subscriber sees. Developing the systems to run complex algorithms and provide fresh recommendations is becoming increasingly challenging as the business scales. That’s where you come in!
The personalization team is looking for a senior engineer to design, code, and lead innovation projects to improve the member experience. You will collaborate with algorithm and UI product managers to influence product direction. You will partner with algorithm, infrastructure, and UI teams and provide leadership on cross-functional projects. You will use a data driven approach and A/B testing to innovate on the member experience. You will work with the team to drive technical direction and make the personalization systems even more resilient, flexible, and scalable.

Expert Java skills and knowledge
