We are looking for a Senior Product Leader to innovate and optimize our growing suite of media applications used throughout content creation. Leaning on a proven track record in product management with large-scale enterprises, media companies and/or the consumer space, we expect this leader to refine and drive our product vision for what global media management looks like within our studio. These efforts will include managing a team of product managers with distinct product lanes, build vs. buy analysis related to ecosystem growth, and developing key partnerships with engineering, design and studio personnel to execute across our media product suite. 

In this role you will:

  • Be highly aligned with our content creation product teams and studio operations teams to lead the development of a large-scale suite of studio media  tools
  • Apply your experience to provide strategic vision for a unified approach to broad media management  that satisfies unique operational needs across the areas of Post Production, VFX and Animation
  • Partner with a myriad of production teams to strategize on leveraging media-based technologies throughout the lifecycle of content creation. Likewise, connect with parallel product teams to bridge media workflows with upstream and downstream studio and production management workflows
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy in partnership with our product deployment teams

Here is what we are looking for:

  • A strong, product leader  who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, working in uncharted waters  and persists in unlocking complex business areas
  • 7-10+ years of experience as a product manager working across a mix of consumer, enterprise, and internal tools with a media or content creation focus
  • Technical fluency, including an ability to clearly describe tradeoffs between users, studio leaders, designers and engineering partners
  • A master of organization and prioritization who has the ability to triage multiple initiatives with a keen ability to  focus team  efforts on tackling the right problems at the right time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an affinity for socializing product complexity with ease to a variety of audiences
