The Programmatic Marketing Science & Analytics team focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of our marketing across our programmatic media channels (e.g., Facebook). We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our team that will lead analytical projects (e.g., ad hoc analysis, ad hoc modeling, insights tool development) and provide our programmatic team with insights at scale. As a member of this team, you’ll be enabling our business partners with well-formed solutions to enable decision-making across our portfolio of programmatic channels.

What you will do:

  • Enable insights through ad hoc analysis, ad hoc models and/or dashboard development that can empower better decision-making among our programmatic stakeholders
  • Be a strategic partner and work with business stakeholders to define high impact analytical problems and find innovative ways to solve these problems with data
  • Work with very large data sets (e.g., impression level ads data) to conduct ad hoc analysis and build ad hoc models
  • Build rich, high-visibility reports/dashboards/tools used by your direct stakeholders and a diverse set of teams across the company

Who you are:

  • You are a senior analytics professional with at least 5+ years of experience in an analytics role (experience in a marketing analytics role is a plus)
  • You have a statistical background and a strong bias to action, delivering results quickly with iteration instead of waiting for perfection.
  • You have experience telling a story with data through stakeholder presentations and development of scalable tools and dashboards (e.g., dashboards built through Tableau)
  • You are comfortable working with large data sets and analyzing complex data with SQL and other tools such as Python or R
  • You are an expert at taking vague questions and crystallizing them into impactful analysis or models for the business
  • You are able to multitask and work on multiple ongoing projects, with minimal oversight, documentation, and defined process
  • You have exceptional communication skills and can manage stakeholder priorities directly
