As a Project Manager on our Nerds Systems Management team, you will meet with our internal teams to understand their challenges, gather their use cases and requirements, and work with our engineers, vendors, and cross functional partners to help design, implement, and provide a technical solution to meet their needs. This is a hands-on role. There will also be audits, reporting, and various operational tasks or small projects that needs to be completed to reduce cost or improve efficiency in support of our Nerds Systems Management team. The scope of these projects can vary in size and time but will all need to be completed with scale in mind as we continue to grow. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage Employee Technology projects and requirements (such as cloud print, VOIP, inventory management system, chromebook adoption, Google trusted testers, deploying new Google/AD infrastructure)
  • Work cross-functionally with Netflix stakeholders such as InfoSec to identify critical business blockers and collaborate on innovative solutions
  • Oversee projects end-to-end in partnership with our internal teams and external vendors
  • Performing audits, reporting, data analysis, and projects of various sizes in this hands-on role
  • Taking the initiative to identify and remove any inefficiencies within all parts of the business

About you:

  • You are passionate about data, organized, technical, motivated, and have excellent relationship building skills.
  • You are highly skilled, experienced, and enjoy orchestrating projects with many moving parts - people, needs, and technologies
  • You are candid and comfortable when working with our internal teams and external partners. You are also receptive and adaptive to feedback and pushback when approaches or timelines change
  • When a technology is involved in a project you lead, you love to dive into it, gaining rich context that enables you to be even more thoughtful and effective in making the initiative happen
  • You drive the business forward through the projects you run
  • You aren’t afraid to get into the details, pulling data to provide insight, uncover and resolve issues
  • You have strong cross-functional and cross-cultural communications skills to internal and external parties both verbally and in writing


  • B.S. in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
  • Experience managing vendor relationships
  • Expert at balancing efficiency, cost, scale, of an enterprise operation
  • Experience supporting Cloud and SaaS Applications
  • Must be familiar with Google G Suite and Active Directory
  • Zendesk, Airtable, ServiceNow experience a plus
