The Fulfillment Operations team is responsible for managing the production of the creative assets that help our members connect to the content that will bring them joy in their preferred language. As part of the wider Quality and Fulfillment Operations team, this newly created function will align closely with the overall team’s focus of finding innovative, efficient ways to continuously bring high quality assets to the Netflix members.
We’re looking for exceptional Asset Coordinators to join our team and execute on applicable production and localization processes to ensure timely and high quality delivery of final asset suites. This role is also responsible for troubleshooting asset-related issues as well as identifying tooling and workflow optimizations to continue streamlining the end-to-end asset fulfillment workflow.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated and someone who thrives in an environment that relies on their self-discipline and ability to set and meet simultaneous daily and long-term deadlines. They are extremely curious, detail-oriented, technically knowledgeable across asset types / systems and a strong communicator who responds well in a fast-paced environment.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
Proven experience with fulfilling and managing large sets of assets in complex asset / data management environments
Knowledge of digital creative and asset production workflows
Experience using Digital Asset Management tools and familiarity with DAM best practices
Strong knowledge of Artwork file types and specifications
Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and willingness to pivot workflows as needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
Background in entertainment or media (studio, creative agency, etc.)
Passion for film, television, tech
In this role you will:
Manage the production of creative assets, including sourcing, localization, QC, and delivery across various platforms
Communicate project timelines, risks, and updates clearly and effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including external vendors and agencies
Identify and execute on opportunities to improve asset quality and production pipelines
Troubleshoot tooling issues and identify opportunities for enhancements with Engineering and Support teams
Support production of new or out-of-band asset types to continuously evolve new, scalable solutions and operational workflows
