The Subscription Platform enables all aspects of subscription management including member lifecycle, billing & invoicing, payment processing and partner payment integration. Our in-house platform supports 137+ million Netflix subscribers around the world. Our large scale, highly available infrastructure is key to our ability to tackes to challenges of a highly fragmented global payment and partner eco-system.
The expectation is the person in this role will be to contribute to setting and executing key on-going programs in Subscription Platform. The program manager will partner with product managers, engineering managers, and business experts/consultants across internal and external teams to define the objectives and outcome for each program. Along with defining the milestones and specific project deliverables within the program. In addition, the person in this role will help drive large cross functional projects across the Growth space where program management expertise is required.
As the person in this role will work extensively with engineering, we’re leaning into the “T” (Technical) for this role. By technical, we mean that the ideal candidate has strong CS fundamentals, is intensely curious about the technology, and grows technical expertise over time.
