With over 100 Million subscribers enjoying great content throughout the globe, it's an exciting time to work at Netflix.  We are looking for a talented entertainment marketing attorney to provide legal support for our marketing and PR teams.  The successful candidate will advise on a host of entertainment marketing and PR initiatives, with particular focus on our original titles (e.g., series, films, documentaries, stand-up and unscripted programming). Among other things, this person will track and review a large amount of studio and talent agreements to extract and synthesize applicable information and help guide marketing and PR campaigns and initiatives; review and advise on marketing creative; and negotiate a variety of marketing-related agreements.

The successful candidate will have approximately 5-7 years of broad-based marketing, advertising, and contract drafting and negotiation experience.  Expertise in the following areas is required: film and/or television content marketing, rights and clearances, talent deals, guilds, credits, music, contests and sweepstakes, and production and agency agreements.  Film or television production experience is a plus.  Experience at a law firm and in-house at an entertainment company or advertising agency, as well as familiarity with IP and consumer protection issues, is strongly preferred.  Must be excited about and thrive in our unique company culture.
