The Homebuilder Alliance Director will be responsible for refreshing & expanding relationships that lead to partnerships with Homebuilders on a national & local level.  The individual will consult with Homebuilders to educate them on the strong value proposition a partnership would bring for both organizations.  Responsible for the overall effectiveness of the Homebuilder Alliance program.  

A Day in the Life:

  • Research, refresh & execute a strategic plan to expand our partnership with Homebuilders, on a national & local level
  • Meet with key contacts within the homebuilder industry to promote & educate on the partnership value proposition
  • Manage and lead to drive new revenue
  • Develop new products and processes to streamline the purchase process with partners
  • Create effective approaches to closing new partnerships
  • Partner with internal stakeholders that can help close new partnerships
  • Appropriately manage homebuilder expectations

What You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills
  • 7+ years of business development experience required
  • 7+ years of residential real estate experience preferred
  • Preferred experience with homebuilders and/or real estate investment
  • Proven sales life cycle experience – lead generation through closing
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • 50% Travel required 

Ideally You Also Have:

  • Owned and operated a business.
  • Have a strong sales background
