Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Account Manager to join our Customer Success team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of Origami Logic’s platform is customized to meet the unique needs of each of our customer’s organizational structure, challenges and stakeholder requirements. While applying your relationship, technical and project management skills, you will serve as the primary customer contact seeing their projects and other initiatives from infancy through to completion, ensuring successful definition, build, rollout and adoption of our platform for marketers supporting major global brands. This role will be assigned as a dedicated resource to a high-profile, top-tier customer account. Top notch consultative, professional presence and communication skills are critical.



  • Function as the critical link between our customer and internal resources to manage, track and execute all aspects of current implementations and the ongoing evolution of their marketing measurement program

  • Maintain momentum on multiple concurrent projects, proactively manage customer expectations and oversee all customer communications

  • Consult with customer stakeholders to understand their marketing data sets, using your knowledge to consult on marketing intelligence / measurement best practices and develop a plan to solve the problems of the organization, this may include product demonstrations to facilitate discussion of measurement capabilities.

  • Gather consensus around solution set with customer stakeholders - this includes across different departments with varying interests/needs and their external partners (other consultants, agencies, etc.)

  • Design and build analytics reporting including data visualizations, report summaries and recommendations for global brands across a variety of use cases

  • Partner effectively and in collaboration with others on the project team including Data Analysts, Product Management and Engineering to facilitate creation of the customer’s data structure, identify any product gaps and drive resolution of project issues/roadblocks

  • Deep dive into customer's marketing data to validate against existing data sets
  • Lead platform training sessions with customer analysts and marketers via in-person and remote coaching sessions

  • Work in lock step with the Account Director to ensure project deliverables are aligned with the customer’s business strategy and Origami Logic’s internal account strategy

  • Participate in preparation for and execution of quarterly business reviews and other strategic sessions


Knowledge & Experience Required:

  • Experience working in a client-facing consultative role to deliver across multiple projects simultaneously

  • Comfortable working with, talking about and telling a story with data

  • Background (5+ years) in delivering marketing analytics or marketing consulting services, at a brand or agency

  • Experience with BI tools (i.e. Tableau, advanced Excel, SQL) and/or cross-channel marketing platforms (social, web, mobile, video, display, search, programmatic, etc.)

  • Project management chops, including proficiency working in project management software such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project
  • Professional, customer-centric demeanor

  • Strong written/verbal communication

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Ability to work independently with effective time management

  • Ability to travel up to 20% for customer meetings or onsite consulting
